Italian born and French educated – she began modelling at the age of 19 and quickly rose to the top of the profession.
Despite being recognized around the world as a Supermodel, working with the biggest names and brands in the fashion world, in early 2000 Carla decided to devote herself to music .
After a remarkable cooperation with Julien Clerc for which she wrote six songs on his album ‘If I was her’, Carla wrote, composed and published her first album in 2002, ‘Someone told me’ to acclaim by critics and the public alike.
For her second album ‘No Promises’, released in 2007, Carla set to music texts by iconic poets such as Emily Dickinson, Yeats, Christina Rossetti and Dorothy Parker.
Her next album, ‘As if nothing had happened’ was released in 2008. ?Following the release of her fourth album, ‘Little French Songs’ in 2013, Carla undertook her first tour of France.
She lives in Paris with her husband and two children.
