Modern Slavery

This policy applies to all persons working for Storm or on our behalf in any capacity, this includes our employees at all levels, staff, directors, all talent, mother agents, contractors, and 3rd party suppliers.

Modern slavery is defined as the recruitment, movement, harbouring or receiving of children, women, or men through the use of force, coercion, abuse of vulnerability, deception or other means for the purpose of exploitation.

Storm Management strictly prohibits any use of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and modelling supply chain. We have and will continue to be committed to implementing controls & audits aimed at ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our organisation or in any of our supply chains.

All employment with the Company is voluntary. We do not use or condone, child or forced labour in any of its operations or premises and works to ensure these practices are not present in its workforce or supply chain. We expect that all our Mother Agents will work to the same high standards.
